Returning or Exchanging Items

We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label, or when you return in store. You have up to 30 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail that are purchased at our website. Return or exchange items from us must be received by us within 30 days of the original ship date.

Did you get a gift that's the wrong size or color? We can help you exchange it. Gift returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label.
